8 mm (5/16") Interlocking Rubber Floor Tiles are 23" x 23" x 8mm and are the most commonly applied thickness in commercial and residential gyms. Withstands general use and moderate vertical impact.

No glue required as the interlocking system is a loose lay product and is easily installed by a weekend warrior.
