Kodiak Premium Rubber Grip Plates are encased in rubber and feature 3 grip holes to make handling and loading easy.  The 10 lbs, 25 lbs, 35 lbs, and 45 lbs plates for easy lift from the ground and loading from an angled or prone position. Size 2.5 lbs, 5 lbs, do not have grip holes.

The plates are coated with durable rubber; protecting the plates, floors and other equipment from getting damaged. 

A new steel center bore insert provides the plate a snugger fit on most 2" Olympic bars.
