Our samples are shipped by U.S. Postal Priority Mail Service.  Samples should arrive to most locations throughout the country in less than 5-6 days.

Can I get samples faster?

Yes, you must provide a credit card for overnight samples.  A charge of $45 will be applied to your card for the cost of overnight shipping.

What are your credit terms?

All orders are paid upfront via credit card or check.  Payments on credit cards are pre-authorized until the products ship.  Charges are settled upon shipment of the product.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes.  Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards and Discover     

Do your rubber products smell?

Virgin rubber products have no smell/odor.

Recycled rubber products do have a mild odor.  We do add a mitigating agent to offset the odor.  Upon installation the floor should be wet mopped with dawn dish soap, a cap full of pine sol and have good air circulation in the room.  The smell should dissipate in a few days.

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping costs are weight and zip code dependent, which means you, would have to tell us what products you require and where we would ship the product.  We will then work up a quote for you for items requiring a shipping quote. 

How are products shipped?

Depending on size and weight we would use a variety of carriers, in order to minimize shipping costs incurred to our customers. 

Rubber Flooring and Synthetic Turf will ship common freight carriers.  Smaller items such at hitting mats, golf mats, batting cage nets, etc. will ship UPS.
